Stressed out in Central Illinois? I'll be in Champaign on Thursday!

Just a quick note to let readers know I'll be in Champaign (Illinois) Thursday, June 20, for a speaking gig. I'll be talking about stress--and how to handle it--at a fun Gigi Downtown event.
